Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Before you sign

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

Between cars

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Where we work

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Windsor. By straight line Windsor is about 911 km from our location in Toronto; by road it is farther, and beyond our 250 km delivery area.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Shopping in Windsor? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Ask us about Windsor in a request; a person answers honestly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
