Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

A test drive that lasts

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

A buyer's checklist

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired.

While you shop

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.

Where we are

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Witcher is outside the area we serve. Witcher lies about 1,781 km from central Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 80 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Tell us what you are planning in Witcher, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
