Auto Loans: what CarmaCars does

If financing for a car is what you need, know first that CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them; here is what we can do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Checks worth doing

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car.

A car meanwhile

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.

About distance

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Wynstone is outside our area. Wynstone is about 1,406 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Wynstone if you like. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
