Buying a car in Bath

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. A rental of the same model for a week shows how it fits your commute, your parking and your family. Shop for the car anywhere you like, and rent the same model from us first if we have it.

Drive it like you own it

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Before you sign

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

Before your next car arrives

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.

A Toronto company

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Bath. Bath is about 1,511 km from central Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 80 km we deliver to.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Bath, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Bath if you like. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
