Car Financing in Abingdon, MD

Buying a car in Abingdon

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

What to check before you buy

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

While you shop

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
