Car Financing in Abingdon, VA

Shopping for a car in Abingdon

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Checks worth doing

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Before your next car arrives

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.
