Car Financing for Allard

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Before you sign

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up.

Between cars

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush.
