Car Financing in Anson, ME

Shopping for a car in Anson

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Questions to ask

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Between cars

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

Where we deliver

We do not have a location in Anson; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. With Anson about 755 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Anson if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Ready when you are

Rent it for a week, then decide: send a request with your dates.
