Buying a car in Azure

Car Financing in Azure: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Before you sign

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

A car meanwhile

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.

Where we are

Our only location is in Toronto; Azure is outside the area we serve. We do not deliver as far as Azure, about 2,394 km from our location in Toronto.

Shopping in Azure? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you are unsure whether we can help with Azure, ask; we answer plainly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
