Shopping for a car in Bishop's Corner

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Questions to ask

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

Bridging the gap

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.
