Buying a car in Cabrera

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Questions to ask

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Between cars

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

A Toronto company

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Cabrera is outside the area we serve. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 2,984 km, Cabrera is outside that.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Tell us what you are planning in Cabrera, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
