Buying a car in Carlock

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

Buying smart in Ontario

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Between cars

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives.

Our area and Carlock

Carlock is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Our delivery reaches about 80 km from Toronto, and Carlock is about 1,618 km away.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Carlock, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. For anything about Carlock, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
