Car Financing in Cedar Forest, VA

Car Financing: what CarmaCars does

Looking to buy? CarmaCars rents cars instead, which makes a test week easy. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Drive it like you own it

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

What to check before you buy

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

While you shop

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
