Car Financing in Cleves, OH

Before you buy in Cleves

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

A test drive that lasts

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

A car meanwhile

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip.
