Buying a car in Ewing

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

A test drive that lasts

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

While you shop

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.

A note on distance

CarmaCars is not in Ewing. Our one location is in Toronto. The distance is about 1,548 km in a straight line, more than our delivery area of 80 km.

For buying in Ewing, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. For anything about Ewing, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, with tax added in the offer.
