Car Financing in Fircrest

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Drive it like you own it

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

Checks worth doing

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

Before your next car arrives

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.

What we cover

We do not have a location in Fircrest; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. About 3,350 km in a straight line separate Fircrest from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Fircrest if you like. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
