Buying a car in Gary

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Questions to ask

Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

A car meanwhile

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.
