Car Financing in Gilbert, WV

Before you buy in Gilbert

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

A buyer's checklist

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Between cars

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
