Car Financing in Haight, MD

Buying a car in Haight

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

A buyer's checklist

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Bridging the gap

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.
