Car Financing in Hamilton

People searching for car financing sometimes find us. We are a rental company, and here is how that helps. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car.

What to check before you buy

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy.

Bridging the gap

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.

CarmaCars and Hamilton

We are based in Toronto; Hamilton is not somewhere we have a location. At roughly 1,365 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Hamilton is outside our delivery area.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. For buying in Hamilton, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Questions about Hamilton? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
