Buying a car in Highsplint

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

A buyer's checklist

Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Before your next car arrives

Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.
