Car Financing in Hillside

Buying a car in Hillside

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Hillside, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. We deliver rental cars to Hillside, so the test can start at your door.

Questions to ask

Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure.

Bridging the gap

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.
