Buying a car in Hull

Car Financing in Hull: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them, but we can still be useful. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Buying smart in Ontario

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

Before your next car arrives

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.

Honest about distance

Our only location is in Toronto; Hull is outside the area we serve. About 1,658 km from our location in Toronto, Hull is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Tell us what you are planning in Hull, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.
