Car Financing in Ironsides

People searching for car financing sometimes find us. We are a rental company, and here is how that helps. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Buying smart in Ontario

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Bridging the gap

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned.

A note on distance

Our only location is in Toronto; Ironsides is outside the area we serve. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Ironsides, about 611 km away, is beyond that.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Shopping in Ironsides? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. Send a request about Ironsides, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
