Buying a car in Kremlin

Here is the honest answer for buyers: CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell them. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car?

Questions to ask

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Before your next car arrives

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

Our area

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Kremlin is outside the area we serve. About 1,764 km in a straight line separate Kremlin from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.

For buying in Kremlin, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Kremlin if you like. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
