Car Financing in Laurel, NY

Car Financing in Laurel

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Questions to ask

Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.

A car meanwhile

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
