Buying a car in Lockbridge

CarmaCars is a rental company. We do not sell, finance or lease cars, but we can help you try one before you do. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence.

Before you sign

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

A car meanwhile

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives.

A note on distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Lockbridge. Lockbridge lies about 672 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Questions about Lockbridge? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Every rate on this site is in Canadian dollars.
