Car Financing in Lucerne, CA

Shopping for a car in Lucerne

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Lucerne, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you. Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Many buyers rent the car they are considering for a weekend before they visit a dealer.

A buyer's checklist

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

While you shop

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.
