Car Financing in Lyons, NJ

Car Financing in Lyons

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Try it for a week first

Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel.

A buyer's checklist

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Between cars

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.

Before you plan

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Lyons. Lyons is about 517 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 250 km we deliver to.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. For buying in Lyons, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are unsure whether we can help with Lyons, ask; we answer plainly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Your move

A rental request is free; the offer shows the full price.
