Car Financing in MacKay, AB

Before you buy in MacKay

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Questions to ask

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price.

While you shop

Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.
