Car Financing: what CarmaCars does

Shopping for a car in Maplecrest? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve.

Questions to ask

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

A car meanwhile

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it.

Our area, and Maplecrest

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Maplecrest. Maplecrest is about 535 km from central Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 80 km we deliver to.

For buying in Maplecrest, local dealers and private sellers are where to look. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. For anything about Maplecrest, a request reaches a person who answers honestly. Every price here is in Canadian dollars.
