Car Financing in Mathews, MD

Shopping for a car in Mathews

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

What to check before you buy

A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up.

While you shop

Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.
