Buying a car in McCall

To be upfront: CarmaCars is a rental company and does not sell cars or arrange loans. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.

Buying smart in Ontario

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Check the tires and brakes: replacing them adds to the real price. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

Bridging the gap

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal.

Where CarmaCars works

McCall is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. With McCall about 2,907 km from Toronto, it is outside the 250 km we cover.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
