Car Financing in McGill, CA

Before you buy in McGill

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. We are not a dealership, and we do not arrange loans or leases. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

A test drive that lasts

If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Checks worth doing

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

While you shop

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
