Car Financing in Mount Herbert, PE

Shopping for a car in Mount Herbert

CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area. We are not a dealership, and we do not arrange loans or leases. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

A buyer's checklist

Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Between cars

You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
