Shopping for a car in Mountainview

We do not sell or finance cars. We rent them, by the day, the week or the month. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes.

Before you sign

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package.

While you shop

A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels. If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.

Our area, and Mountainview

We are a Toronto company with no office or lot in Mountainview. Measured in a straight line, Mountainview is about 689 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

If you move to the Toronto area, renting the car you want to buy is easy. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Tell us what you are planning in Mountainview, and we will say what we can and cannot do. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
