Car Financing in Murchison

Buying a car in Murchison

CarmaCars rents cars and does not sell, lend or lease, but renting first is a smart step before buying. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Try it for a week first

Try the car with the people who will ride in it most. A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Our cars reach Murchison by delivery, or you collect one from us in Toronto for free.

A buyer's checklist

Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit.

Between cars

Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars. Between selling and buying, a weekly rental keeps the commute normal. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.
