Buying a car in Murphy

CarmaCars is a rental company, so we do not sell cars; renting one first is how we help buyers. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A few days with the car answers whether the seats, the space and the fuel use suit you.

Before you sign

Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used.

A car meanwhile

There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date.
