Car Financing in Needham, AL

Before you buy in Needham

If you are looking for financing for a car, the honest answer first: CarmaCars does not offer it, but a rental can help along the way. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Try it for a week first

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. If you are torn between two models, rent one, then the other.

Questions to ask

In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Before your next car arrives

If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. Rent by the week while you compare, and stop the day your next car arrives. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing.
