Car Financing in Oakham, MA

Before you buy in Oakham

People searching for car financing sometimes find us. We are a rental company, and here is how that helps. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Why rent first

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Checks worth doing

Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Ask your insurer for a quote on the exact model before you commit. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Between cars

A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere. Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.
