Buying a car in Oxbow

Shopping for a car in Oxbow? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

A test drive that lasts

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? You can rent for a week, or up to 365 days, and nothing is charged until we confirm and you approve. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

What to check before you buy

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes.

Between cars

Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed.

Renting from Toronto

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Oxbow. Oxbow is about 1,409 km from our location, and our delivery area is about 250 km.

If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. Send a request about Oxbow, and we reply with a clear yes or no. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
