Car Financing in Passing
Searching for car financing in Passing? To be clear, CarmaCars rents cars; it does not sell them. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.
Drive it like you own it
Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is.
A buyer's checklist
Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.
A car meanwhile
Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.
A Toronto company
