Buying a car in Petche Gap

Shopping for a car in Petche Gap? CarmaCars is not a dealer, a lender or a leasing company. We rent cars. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Drive it like you own it

A week of your own driving tells you more than twenty minutes with a salesperson: the commute, the parking, the fuel. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. If we have the model in our fleet, its page shows the rates; if not, a similar car gives you a feel for the class.

Before you sign

Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. Ask for a test drive on the highway as well as in town.

Between cars

A rental keeps you driving if your old car sells sooner than planned. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one.
