Buying a car in Pinecrest

CarmaCars does not sell cars or arrange loans; we rent cars, which helps when you are deciding. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check.

Rent it before you buy it

Take the car home, load it with your things, park it where you park, and then decide. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Questions to ask

Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts.

Before your next car arrives

Waiting for a car on order? A monthly rental covers the wait, up to 365 days a booking. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one.
