Buying a car in Piney Point Estates

We are a rental company, not a dealer or a lender, and this page explains how renting can help a buyer. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Why rent first

Renting the model first is a simple way to avoid buying the wrong car. A week of normal life with the car is the best test drive there is. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

Buying smart in Ontario

Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Look at real fuel use for the model, not only the advertised figure. Look for rust under the doors and around the wheel arches.

Between cars

A rental can carry you through the paperwork of a private sale. You can switch to a different car at the end of a booking, which helps if you are comparing. If the purchase falls through, you still have a car to drive.
