Buying a car in Proctors Corner

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Proctors Corner, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

A rental lets you judge fuel use for yourself, on your own routes. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags. Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing.

What to check before you buy

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Read the contract before you sign, and ask about every fee you do not understand. Have a mechanic inspect a used car before you buy it, at a shop you choose. Find out whether the car has open recalls before you agree on a price.

Between cars

Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. There is no long contract: each booking runs up to 365 days and can be renewed. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

A note on distance
