Car Financing in Richmond, SD

Car Financing: what CarmaCars does

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Rent it before you buy it

Renting first means you buy knowing the car, not guessing. Rent the model, take it on the roads you know, and decide with confidence. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it.

Questions to ask

Confirm the ownership and that no money is still owed on the car. A Safety Standards Certificate is needed in Ontario to register a used car you buy. Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive.

Between cars

If the car you want is weeks away, rent one month at a time and stop when it arrives. Rent the kind of car you plan to buy while you shop for it. Weekly and monthly rates make a rental a sensible bridge between cars.

A note on distance

Richmond is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. We cover about 250 km around Toronto; at about 1,540 km, Richmond is outside that.

Our rentals start and end around Toronto; a test week has to begin there. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Tell us what you are planning in Richmond, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
