Car Financing in Security

CarmaCars does not sell cars. We rent them, which makes us a good place to try a model before you buy. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out. We do not check credit for loans or lend money; renting needs a licence, an identity check and a card.

Drive it like you own it

Rent for a weekend to answer the big question: is this the right car? A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Renting the model you are thinking of buying, for a day or a week, is a real test drive on your own roads.

Questions to ask

Ask whether the car has been in an accident and how it was repaired. Drive the car on the roads you use every day, at the times you usually drive. Check the date on the tires and the condition of the brakes. For a used car, ask for the vehicle's service records and look up its recall history by the VIN.

Bridging the gap

Sold your car already? Rent by the week while you shop for the next one. Need a car for a road trip before you buy? Rent one for the trip. Need a car while a dealer prepares yours? Rent one by the week.

CarmaCars and Security
