Shopping for a car in Sitka

There is nothing for sale here as a rule: CarmaCars rents cars. Here is how that helps when you shop. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. We are not a lender and do not arrange loans. A monthly rental can bridge the time while you arrange one with your bank.

Try it for a week first

Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign. Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. Testing the car for a week shows how it handles your parking, your passengers and your bags.

Checks worth doing

Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Compare the total cost, not only the monthly payment: interest, fees and insurance add up. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car. Check open recalls with Transport Canada or the maker, using the VIN.

A car meanwhile

Use a rental to try a different kind of car before you commit to one. There is no long contract, so a rental fits around any purchase date. A rental means you never have to rush a purchase because you need wheels.

Where we work

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Sitka. About 1,656 km separate central Toronto and Sitka, far past our 80 km delivery area.

Shopping in Sitka? A rental from Toronto only makes sense if your trip starts here. If you are in the Toronto area before you shop, rent the model from us there. Send a request with what you need in Sitka, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.
