Car Financing in Slatestone, NC

Car Financing in Slatestone

CarmaCars does not sell cars, but before you buy one in Slatestone, a short rental can answer questions a test drive cannot. If credit is the obstacle, a monthly rental is one way to have a car while you sort it out; renting is not a loan, so there is no credit check. Banks and credit unions arrange car loans; CarmaCars does not, but we can rent you a car while you sort one out.

Rent it before you buy it

Bring the car seat, the hockey bag or the dog, and see if it all fits. A rental shows you the small things: the seat after an hour, the blind spots, the trunk with your stroller in it. Try the car on a highway drive, a grocery run and a tight parking spot before you sign.

A buyer's checklist

Ask how many owners the car has had and how it was used. In Ontario, a private seller must give the buyer a Used Vehicle Information Package. Make sure every warning light goes out after the car starts. Measure your parking spot or garage before you fall for a bigger car.

Between cars

Selling privately can take time; a rental means no rush. Renting while you shop lets you compare cars without pressure. A monthly rental keeps life moving while your financing is sorted out elsewhere.
